About me

I qualified as a dietitian in 2015 and I have worked for the NHS mostly in hospitals, but also in the community and GP surgeries. I also work on a freelance basis. During this time I have gained a breath of experience in specialist settings such as cancer care, gastrointestinal, heart and lung surgery, conditions affecting pancreas, liver and gallbladder, respiratory conditions, cystic fibrosis, cardiology, weight management, IBS and diabetes.

My aim is to share my dietetic knowledge and make it accessible, so that my clients have the knowledge and resources to optimise their health through nutrition and food choices.

I passionately believe that our happiness depends on our wellbeing, and I take a holistic view in considering diet, physical abilities and activity and mental health as a whole.

I also have an interest in how our internal beliefs about our capabilities and health in general affect our eating behaviours and how we can modify these beliefs in a way that benefits our health and helps us achieve our goals.

I will be happy to have a free initial consultation with you to discuss how I can support and help you.

I offer individual consultations via Skype/WhatsApp/Google Meet.
